1 Manager/sales rep.: A manager will have to setup a team of there own, and manage them. ( you can have a group of 10 or how many you think you can manage) then you would report to me.
2. Sales Rep: Simple think just sell sell sell. The more you sell the bigger your pay off is.
3. Blog updater/ sales Rep: Same as number 2, but you will also update my blog (I will e-mail you from time to time with updates as well)
With Totaltrinkets you can work part time with us, and hold a full time. If you become a great sales person you can take as a full time. At this time I can only offer commission sales only. That is the reason why I was saying this can be done part time. I will be offering a hourly right in the near future . But I can say I will never lay off anyone, and you can come & go as you like.
